Do I need sales experience?
No. We hire for attitude, coachability, and work ethic. Our training program will teach you everything else from scratch.
Is this commission only?
Yes — and that's the point. Your income is 100% tied to your effort. Our top reps prefer it that way. No cap, no ceiling.
What does training look like?
You'll spend your first week learning the pitch, the products, and the process alongside experienced reps before going out solo.
Can I do this part-time?
Our full-time reps see the best results. We do offer internship programs (April–September) with flexible schedules for students.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid bi-weekly. Most reps see their first paycheck within 2 weeks of their first sale.
What makes this different from MLM?
We're a direct sales organization, not MLM. You earn commissions on your own sales — not on recruiting. There are no buy-ins or fees.
Do I need a car?
Yes. Reps drive themselves to their territory each day. Reliable transportation is required — your mileage may be tax-deductible (consult a tax pro).
What are typical hours?
Most reps work 8–10 hour days, Monday through Friday. The most productive window is 5–8pm when people are home. You set your own schedule within the team rhythm.
Is there a health benefits package?
Sales positions are 1099 / independent contractor — meaning you're self-employed and not on a W-2 group plan. Many of our reps use the marketplace or a private plan; we can connect you with brokers we trust.
What if I struggle in my first month?
You won't be alone. Every new rep is paired with a senior rep and a coach. The first 30 days are about reps, conversations, and building reps — not closing alone. We've onboarded plenty of people who didn't sell anything the first week.
Who pays for training?
We do. No paid training programs, no buy-in, no equipment fees. The only thing you bring is yourself and your transportation.
