This Privacy Policy explains how Holy Trinity Sales ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit our website, apply for a role, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services.

01 Who We Are

Holy Trinity Sales is a national fiber optic internet marketing company headquartered in Tallahassee, Florida and operating across multiple U.S. states. We partner with telecom carriers to bring fiber-optic internet services to residential and small-business customers, and we recruit, train, and employ sales professionals to deliver those services.

This Privacy Policy applies to all interactions with holytrinitysales.com, our subdomains, our recruitment forms, our internal sales rep portal, and any other digital service we provide.

We collect information in three main ways: directly from you, automatically when you visit our site, and from third-party services we use to run our business.

Information you give us

When you fill out our application form, contact form, SMS sign-up, or interview process, you may give us:

04 SMS & Text Messaging

When you submit a form on our site that includes your phone number, or when you otherwise opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Holy Trinity Sales related to recruiting, interview scheduling, hiring follow-up, and other communications about your candidacy. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice.

We do not share your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and improve our marketing. The main categories are:

08 Data Retention

Applicant data may be retained for future opportunities unless you ask us to delete it. Employee/contractor records are retained as required by federal, state, and tax law.

No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others) may have similar rights. Contact us if you would like to exercise rights under your state's law.

12 Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults age 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us and we will delete it.

13 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted, and where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of our site after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Policy.
